"Metus mortis et vulnerum nōs nōn movet."-Second Christian of the examined Chritians from Henle First Year Latin. This is one of my favorite quotes. It translates as "We are not moved by fear of death and wounds."
This is to be true for all Christians. Guys, what are you afraid of? What's holding you back from loving the world? Is it rejection? Anger? Bitterness? Envy, sadness, hurt, or is it simply fear?
Are you living in fear of the world? Are you just passing through, fearful of letting anyone in? Let it out! Sing out! God, JESUS, overcame the world! He told us these things to GIVE us peace, not to make us afraid.
So sing out! We have nothing to fear! God is with us, EMMANUEL has come! So rejoice! Live! What terrifies us? He is here!
So live, love, and let go of your fears, for God is greater than that which is of the world.
